• Youth Internship Program

  • This group created a youth internship program where youth receive resources and skills to assist with City planning projects to enhance Oshawa’s diversity and culture.

• Diverse Future Leaders Internship

  • This group focused on finding alternatives for incorporating culture in the City of Oshawa due to the impact of Covid-19. The goal of the Diverse Future Leaders Internships is to encourage and provide experience for people from underrepresented Black, Indigenous and People of Colour communities to acquire leadership positions.
