Site Planning and Analysis
Students put theory into practice working with Planning Services staff at the City of Oshawa provided students with five vacant city sites to propose redevelopment. Given zoning by-laws, development guidelines including accessibility standards, environmental and sustainability factors, parking restrictions and incorporating active transportation, students got creative and developed full site proposed plans for these locations.
